Divine abundance is constant, but it is not defined in terms of time or place. Trust in God allows abundance from above to enter the limits of time and place, and to have an impact at the time and place where the individual needs it.

Abundance constantly descends from above, but it has no aspect of time. Sometimes, that which one needs now will come in two or three years. But viewing matters with trust in God gives a definition and a time to divine abundance so that it comes at the time and place that one needs it. (Rabbi Naĥman of Breslov, Likutei Moharan 76)
